3. Client Responsibilities
- Clients are required to furnish right information, content, and access required for project completion.
- Clients are accountable for the fact that any material provided by them does not violate third-party rights.
- Feedback and approvals within a timely manner are necessary for timely completion of the project.
4. Payments & Fees
- Terms of payment will be established prior to project initiation.
- Late payments can lead to suspension of services until payment is made.
- Fees are non-refundable except where a written agreement states otherwise.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, strategies, and materials developed by Mark Honest Digital Solution Pvt. Ltd, remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
- Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables will be transferred to the client, except for third-party tools, plugins, or licensed content.
6. Confidentiality
- We hold client confidentiality in regard and undertake not to divulge any sensitive information disclosed during the project without express permission, other than as required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We make every effort for the best outcome, but understand that we cannot guarantee certain results (e.g., rankings, leads, or sales) since these are subject to various external variables.
- Mark Honest Digital Solution Pvt. Ltd, will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination of Services
- Either party shall have the right to end the contract by written notice.
- Work done until the date of termination will still be paid for by the client.
9. Third-Party Services
Our services might use third-party platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Youtube, etc.). We are not liable for changes, policies, or interruption from such platforms.
10. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests for the service need to be made in writing (email/offical communication).
- Once a project or campaign is initiated, refunds are not given.
- Refunds can only be issued for:
- Services not undertaken following payment.
- Error double payments.
- Non-refundable services are SEO, PPC, Social Media, Website Development (post-draft), Branding, and third-party expenses.
- Advance/retainer payments are non-refundable.
- Approved refunds (if any) shall be made within 10–15 business days.
- Mark Honest Digital Solution Pvt. Ltd, has the right to cancel services for Terms & Conditions breaches, without a refund.
